Risk assessment form for walks – to be completed by walk leaders and passed to the club secretary.

Risk assessment form for walks (in .odt format) – the same form as above but for those who use LibreOffice or OpenOffice rather than Adobe pdf. You will find the form in your downloads folder.

Incident Report Form – for walk leaders to use in the unlikely event of an incident occuring on their walk. (Save the form to your computer first, edit it and then email the completed form to the club secretary).
