Through Epping Forest, London’s largest open space, tranquil woodland, open grassland, and wide ponds, continuing via interlinking parks almost the entire way.  Some steps early on and later a few steepish inclines & descents. A little mud in a few places but it can be skipped around.

Can be shortened from 13 to 12 miles  at Wood Street Overground.

Meet Epping station (Central line) 10.15 for prompt 10.30 start. All travel within zone 6.

Loos on Platform 2 at Epping, after that they are open air. Bring lunch as no eateries until a cafe two thirds of the way.
